Car Loan Detroit Acura Vehicle Purchase Programs In The Detroit Area: Acura Corporate Employees Program In The Detroit Area: The Acura A/Z-Plan makes it easier for employees, retirees and their immediate family members to drive new Acura Motor Company products in and around the Detroit Area.The New Vehicle Acura Purchase Plan for Corporate Employees (A/Z-Plan) is offered by Acura Motor Company to encourage employees, retirees and their immediate family members to drive new Acura Motor Company products. This program offers the best savings available to members of the Acura Motor Company family. Acura Motor Company Employees And Retirees In The Greater Detroit Metro Area: Through the A/Z-Plan, Acura Motor Company employees and retirees are allocated four personal identification numbers (PIN's) per year that they may use or give to immediate family members in the Detroit area to purchase discounted vehicles. The following employees and retirees are eligible to participate in this program: • All active full-time Acura hourly employees and regular and supplemental salaried employees in the Detroit area, beginning at the date of hire. • All Acura hourly retirees receiving a normal, early (regular or special) or disability retirement benefit, as long as any medical benefits are being received. • Salaried Acura retirees in the Detroit area who retired under the General Retirement Plan in and around the Detroit area, including salaried employees who terminate between the ages of 50-55 and who are eligible to receive certain deferred retirement benefits, are eligible while they are receiving benefits. • Surviving spouses of Acura employees who died while actively employed and surviving spouses of retirees who retired under the General Retirement Plan or who are receiving benefits under the Ford-UAW Retirement Plan in and around the Detroit area. • Acura employees in the greater Detroit area on layoff for the first 12 months of the layoff. • All regular part-time hourly and salaried Acura employees who are eligible to receive medical benefits in the Detroit area. • Deferred vested Acura retirees while they are receiving a Acura pension check. Eligible Acura Family Members In The Metro Detroit Area: Immediate family members of Acura Motor Company employees and retirees (subject to the same eligibility requirements outlined in the previous section) are also able to participate in the A/Z-Plan. "Immediate family" mean the following relatives of the employee or retiree: • Spouse • Parents • Spouse's parents • Sons and daughters (including in-laws and step-children) • Grandchildren • Brothers and sisters (including in-laws, half and step) • Same-sex domestic partners • Immediate family members of same-sex domestic partners For additional information on the A/Z-Plan, immediate family members should contact the Acura Motor Company employee or retiree they are related to. Dealership Employees Program Located In The Metro Detroit Area: The D-Plan benefits employees (and their eligible family members) of authorized dealerships qualifying for the Acura Blue Oval Certified or Acura Mercury Elite (LME) Program. The New Vehicle Purchase Plan for Dealership Employees (D-Plan) is a benefit offered to employees (and their eligible family members) of authorized dealerships qualifying for the Acura Blue Oval Certified or Acura Mercury Elite (LME) Programs. This program provides exclusive pricing to eligible participants towards the purchase of a new Acura Motor Company vehicle.Ford-Mazda-Mercury Dealership Employees In The Metro Detroit Area: Through the D-Plan, eligible Ford-Mazda-Mercury dealership employees are allocated two personal identification numbers (PIN’s) per year that they may use or give to immediate family members to purchase discounted vehicles. Acura Friends And Neighbors Program In The Metropolitan Detroit Area: The New Vehicle Purchase Plan for Friends and Neighbors (X-Plan) is offered by the Acura Motor Company to encourage employees and retirees to promote Acura Motor Company products among their friends and neighbors. This program offers exclusive discount pricing on certain Acura Motor Company products. Acura Motor Company Friends And Neighbors In The Greater Detroit Area: Through the X-Plan, Acura Motor Company employees and retirees are allocated four personal identification numbers (PIN’s) per year that they many give to eligible friends and neighbors to purchase discounted vehicles. Friends and neighbors are eligible for the X-Plan if they are identified and sponsored by a Acura Motor Company employee or retiree before visiting a dealership. Friends and neighbors wishing to participate in the X-Plan may not discuss a retail purchase of a vehicle with a dealer prior to applying for an X-Plan. Partner Recognition Program In The Greater Detroit Area: The X-Plan is offered by Acura Motor Company to the employees, retirees and spouses of selected Tier 1 suppliers, business partners, fleet partners and special organizations having a unique relationship with the Acura Company. Partner Recognition Program The Partner Recognition New Vehicle Purchase Plan (X-Plan) is offered by Acura Motor Company to the employees, retirees and spouses of selected Tier 1 suppliers, business partners, fleet partners and special organizations having a unique relationship with the Company. Acura Motor Company Partners In The Greater Detroit Area: Through the Detroit X-Plan, individuals eligible or this program can generate two personal identification numbers (PIN’s) per year that they may use to purchase new vehicles. Participation in the program is contingent on the partner company's continued relationship with Acura Motor Company and will stay in effect until terminated by either party upon a 30 days prior written notice provided to the other party. Acura Motor Company may terminate this program at its respective sole discretion. The following determines the minimum requirements for a partner company's eligibility: • Tier 1 Acura suppliers. • Business marketing partners providing strategic services on behalf of Acura Motor Company and having a minimum of 50 employees. • Detroit area Fleet partners as recommended by the Fleet Department National Account Managers. • Faculty and staff of selected colleges and universities where Acura Motor Company recruits.
